Other than the printing services, Sunshine Plaza also has quite several good food too. Some of the famous ones including Parklane wanton noodles, and Victor's Kitchen dim sum are located there and so is Deli's Kitchen.
Deli's Kitchen is a unique concept eatery. They serve Japanese food from multiple regions of Japan's restaurants, from Hokkaido to Hakata. Over 20 food selections are on their menu!

Hakata Black Curry Rice with Pork Loin Cutlet (21 SGD)
I finally chose this after 10 minutes of browsing the menu. It consists of 1 big pork loin cutlet, rice and black curry.
Japanese Black curry?
What you and I know about Japanese curry is mildly spicy and brownish with lots of carrots and onions. Japanese Black curry was non-existence here in Singapore.
Deli's Kitchen brought in the black curry from Bistro RYU, a chain restaurant started in Japan Hakata. Pork, chicken bones and many spices are used to cook for a longer period than the usual Japanese curry, which becomes the black curry.
The flavours I got from the black curry to my mouth are rich and savoury. Also, I can feel the "meatiness" from it too.
Definitely not the usual sweet version of Japanese curry. Spiciness wise I would say mildly spicy or not spicy at all.
This pork cutlet is 🫰. Hailed from Kagoshima, Japan, which is best known for top-quality meats.
The meat-to-fat ratio was 8:2, with the breaded crispy coating on the outside. At first look, it may be tough and dry but once you put your mouth it was so tender and juicy.
When combined with the savoury flavour of the black curry, the meat's flavour rapidly improved to have an extra depth taste.
Thoughts
It is a delicious meal, I enjoy it very much. I can't finish the black curry due to the rich flavours of it. Adding shredded cabbages would be nice for the dish presentation and clear your palate. Pork cutlet is really really fantastic, fresh and crispy.
Worth to come back again? Absolutely and the staff recommends their best-selling beef dishes when revisiting. I am excited for the next visit!
